Cooperation at the heart of our winery
Being a cooperator means taking individual responsibility while working for the good of the group.
The beating heart of Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés is cooperation. This unique organization enables independent winegrowers to pool their resources, skills and ambitions to produce quality wines, while preserving their identity and know-how.
In a cooperative winery, everyone is both a player and a responsible party:
– Cooperative members contribute their grapes and expertise, take part in strategic decisions, and contribute to the collective winemaking process.
– Our employees apply their technical know-how and passion to ensure the quality and consistency of our production, from the vine to the bottle, including the winery, marketing and visitor reception.
This organization is based on strong values: mutual aid, solidarity, respect for each other’s work, sharing of skills and transmission of knowledge.
Every wine produced by our winery is the fruit of this collective effort: a true alliance between men, women and terroirs, which is the source of our cooperative’s wealth and durability.
Cooperation is not merely a way of organising ourselves: it is a philosophy, a daily commitment that brings a genuine collective strength to bear, ensuring that tradition, quality and authenticity come together in every bottle we produce.
