Our Cooperative Members
Our collective strength
At Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés, the cooperative is driven by a dedicated team of men and women. These determined individuals are involved at every stage, from vineyard work to marketing, and all share the same vision: to produce authentic wines, full of character and respectful of their heritage.

Cooperative winegrowers
They tend the vines with care, ensuring healthy soil, proper ripening of the grapes and environmentally friendly viticultural practices.
They embody the values of cooperation: pooling of resources, mutual support and a commitment to quality.
They play an active role in the cooperative’s decision-making – general meetings, board of directors, strategic direction – because their individual commitment strengthens the collective.

Employees
Our production team
Comprising the cellar master, oenologists and wine merchants, the production team brings together the technical and complementary skills required for winemaking. They oversee every stage of the winemaking and ageing processes, monitoring the wines’ development at every step to ensure the final products reflect the character of our two beautiful wine-growing regions.
Florentin and Damien, wine shop assistants – Julien, wine shop packer
Our administrative team
Assists members with day-to-day administrative procedures and helps to monitor commercial cases.
Lucie, Sales Assistant – Aline, Administrative and Accounting Officer
Our sales team
She welcomes and advises every visitor, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of the products. She acts as a link between the cooperative members and the markets, bridging the gap between the authenticity of the vineyard and the experience enjoyed by our customers.
Nina, Retail and Communications Sales Representative – Clarence, Retail and Business Sales Representative
The management
These three services are led by a pair of passionate chief executives:
Matthieu Lapalus and Aurélien Berthelon, co-chairmen, accompanied by Hervé Lapierre, production manager, and Isabelle Adoir Pécoud, sales director.
Alongside them, 14 member-winemakers sit on the board of directors. They meet regularly to discuss matters, decide on strategic directions and ensure the smooth running of the winery. Together, they embody the collective spirit and dynamism that characterise our organisation.
