Our Fine Appellations

At the crossroads of two major wine regions, our winery brings together committed winemakers, devoted to their terroirs and their expertise. This privileged location allows us to offer a complete range from Mâconnais & Beaujolais.
A diversity of appellations that will delight your palate, whether fresh fruit-forward wines, terroirs and climats that fully express the diversity of soils, or premium cuvées that we have carefully nurtured with several months of aging on lees or in barrels.

Our winery’s classic range: authentic, genuine and generous wines, just like our winegrowers. Here, fruit is the key to our winemaking: a conscious choice to allow the precision and respect for the natural character of Chardonnay and Gamay to shine through.

Beaujolais

On the hillsides, with their remarkable diversity of soils (granite, schist, blue stone, etc.) – often steep and well exposed to the sun – Gamay finds ideal growing conditions. The temperate climate and the nature of the soils give the red wines their liveliness, depth and unique aromatic richness.

Our quality approach

Our cooperative winery was one of the first to work with a viticultural technician, demonstrating our commitment to supporting our winegrowers with dedication and expertise. Today, Caroline Leroux, a renowned viticultural technician, supports our members in all aspects of managing their vineyards. Her commitment is reflected in her constant presence in the field; she leads working groups, facilitates and organises training sessions and technical meetings. She established our winery’s collective framework for the High Environmental Value (HVE) certification.

Respect for the vines

Committed to preserving nature and biodiversity, the winegrowers favour an integrated pest management approach and intervene sparingly in the vineyards, depending on climatic conditions. Caroline Le Roux, our technical advisor, works alongside them to promote sustainable viticulture; she guides and supports them in adopting appropriate practices and management techniques.

Wine-making expertise

Bringing out the character of our two grape varieties and highlighting their origins are the guiding principles of our winery, which is often described as a ‘small estate’ in terms of its operations. For almost 10 years now, we have been making our red wines without adding sulphites during fermentation and protecting our white wines as much as possible using ‘Bio Protection’. Inputs are kept to a minimum to achieve optimal aromatic expression.

Transmission

Our wines are gently matured with careful intervention to ensure moderate extraction, resulting in soft, velvety tannins in our reds and precise, rounded tannins in our whites. Whether short or longer, maceration and the winemaking process in general remain as traditional as possible.
