Our production team
<\/h3>\n

Comprising the cellar master, oenologists and wine merchants, the production team brings together the technical and complementary skills required for winemaking. They oversee every stage of the winemaking and ageing processes, monitoring the wines\u2019 development at every step to ensure the final products reflect the character of our two beautiful wine-growing regions.<\/p>\n

Assists members with day-to-day administrative procedures and helps to monitor commercial cases.

She welcomes and advises every visitor, drawing on her in-depth knowledge of the products. She acts as a link between the cooperative members and the markets, bridging the gap between the authenticity of the vineyard and the experience enjoyed by our customers.<\/p>\n

The management

These three services are led by a pair of passionate chief executives:
Matthieu Lapalus and Aur\u00e9lien Berthelon, co-chairmen, accompanied by Herv\u00e9 Lapierre, production manager, and Isabelle Adoir P\u00e9coud, sales director.
<\/span><\/p>\n

Alongside them, 14 member-winemakers sit on the board of directors. They meet regularly to discuss matters, decide on strategic directions and ensure the smooth running of the winery. Together, they embody the collective spirit and dynamism that characterise our organisation.
